WE ARE REOPENING ON FRIDAY 10TH JULY AT 10AM

We are delighted to announce that we will be reopening our store on Friday the 10th July in line with latest government guidance.

We have been working hard behind the scenes to introduce a number of new safety measures to protect our customers and staff. All off our staff have been fully inducted on the new guidelines for Covid-19 Health and Safety

Each customer will be greeted at the entrance and they will be asked to sanitise their hands and given advice on the best way to navigate the store. We will also be managing numbers of customers in store to allow for safe social distancing while shopping.

If a basket or trolley is required, this will be pre-sanitised on entry and sanitised by our staff after each use.

Clear signage and floor markings have been put in place to assist social distancing with a clear queuing procedure.

All till points we have installed protective screens to protect our customers and staff and will only be taking card transactions at this point in time.

Please be kind to our colleagues and customers. We’ve never done this before. We hope you all understand these guidelines are essential in the current environment and you can be assured our friendly team will help you as much as possible.

We will be open 10am-4pm Monday to Sunday


Blas Clwyd will be open for takeaway drinks and snacks and our toilets will also be open.

We have lots of new and interesting stock for you to see and look forward to welcoming you.

Following Government guidelines, we have opened a Pop-Up shop selling our Garden Décor and Plants on a restricted service from 10:30 to 15:30 Thursday to Sunday only.

We have also opened an online shop where a number of products are now available.


This restricted service will commence from Thursday 4th June and the key points to note are as follows;

During any visit to our Pop-Up shop we would ask that visitors keep the recommended distance apart and follow all government guidelines in force at the time.


Due to reduced office staff numbers, we would ask you to bear with us during any delays and where possible place your orders online where we will do all we can to get products to you as soon as possible. Please note deliveries may take slightly longer than normal due to restricted warehouse staff numbers and any difficulties experienced by our carriers.

The health and safety of our customers, employees and suppliers remains paramount and all those involved in processing the orders will be instructed to follow strict operating guidelines to ensure their safety as they carry out their work. With this in mind, we will be operating with a reduced team within our warehouse and office.

Please note that this is unfortunately not ‘business as usual’ but we do want to try to support all our loyal customers wherever possible.
